Regular price product may be returned for online store credit only. Unfortunately, we do not accept monetary refunds. Exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving your parcel by emailing us at Info@OwlSurvive.club

Delivery Times

As we offer Free shipping. There is no delivery standard for the items we sell. As the different destinations can be handled by different third-party logistics companies. The delivery times are entirely out of our control. Often items can take as little as 2-5 weeks to arrive, in some cases 5-8 weeks.
